Through speeches, panel presentations, concurrent sessions, exhibits and other venues, the ILLCF Conferenceaddresses the major Latino public policy issues of the day, including education, immigration, health and human services and the economy.

The annual conference of ILLCF is held on the first Thursday of every December. The conference was held Thursday, December 3, 2009, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Rosemont , IL.
